Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. You can record flights as a guest. Sign in with a SkyRepublic ID to see your flights on the web and to use your flight plans.
My flight has not appeared yet.
The flight uploads by itself after STOP, or later as soon as the phone has a connection. Open the app if it was closed.
How do I delete a flight?
In the app: Flights tab → the flight → Delete flight. Deleted flights can be restored by support for about 30 days, then they are gone for good.
How do I switch off the live position?
In the app’s logger settings, turn off “Live tracking”.
How do I delete my account?
In the SkyRepublic ID account panel at auth.skyrepublic.aero, or in the app (version 1.0 and later): Me → Delete account.
Is it a navigation system?
No. SkyRepublic is not a certified navigation system. Use it for situational awareness alongside approved charts, instruments and official information.
